Lazy Texan Bacon Wrapped Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds fresh shrimp, deveined and shelled
  • 1-2 jalapenos.
  • thin cut bacon
  • Lazy Texan Seasoning

Directions

Scrape out seeds in jalapenos and cut length-wise into strips.

Holding a sliver of jalopeno next to a piece of shrimp, wrap with bacon.  Put onto skewers.  When the skewers are finished, sprinkle to taste with Lazy Texan Seasoning.

Grill over medium heat, cooking until the bacon is thoroughly done.

Lazy Texan Bacon Hot Dog Bites

Ingredients

  • 6 Beef Hot Dogs, cut into 3 pieces
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Lazy Texan Seasoning
  • 9 strips of thin bacon, cut in half

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and Lazy Texan Seasoning.

Wrap each hot dog piece with a strip of bacon.  Roll in brown sugar and Lazy Texan Seasoning mixture.

Put bites seam side down on baking sheet and put in over.  Turn once after 20 minutes.  Bake an additional 10 minutes, until bacon is thoroughly cooked.  Serve with toothpicks.

Lazy Texan Crab-Stuffed Mushroom Caps

Ingredients:

  • 25 large fresh mushrooms, washed and drained
  • 1 bunch of green onions, finely chopped
  • ¼ bunch parsley, finely chopped
  • ½ cup bread crumbs
  • 1 lb of lump white crab meat
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons Lazy Texan Seasoning
  • Grated parmesan cheese

Instructions:

Remove stems from mushrooms and set caps aside. Chop stems and combine with onion, parsley, bread crumbs, crab, melted butter and Lazy Texan Seasoning. Fill each mushroom cap with the mixture, rounding the top on each one. Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese. Arrange on greased cookie sheet and bake in 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes or until brown on top.
