Made this Bacon-Cheese Meatloaf (recipe on the website).  But I added some new twists by putting it into disposable muffin tins and cooking over a charcoal fire.  OMG… It was awesome!  An additional bonus is that I can freeze the leftover portions and have the meatloaf available for later quick and easy meals.  WINNER!
