Ingredients:
- 1 can reduced sodium Black Beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1 can whole kernel corn (drained)
- 1 cup chopped avocado
- ½ cup chopped red onion
- 2 Tablespoon Lazy Texan Seasoning
- 1 cup fresh cilantro (optional)
- 2 Tablespoons lime juice
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except for avocado. Add avocado just before serving.
