Lazy Texan Feta Cheese Pizza

Ingredients:

ready made pizza crust

extra virgin olive oil

shredded mozzarella cheese

feta cheese

chopped red onions

sliced black olives

chopped tomatoes

Lazy Texan Seasoning

Directions:

Put a ready made pizza crust on a cookie sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.  Lightly apply the olive oil to the top of the crust.  Cover with a heavy layer of mozzarella cheese.  Scatter chopped onions, black olives and chopped tomatoes on top.  Top with a layer of crumbled feta cheese and then lightly sprinkle Lazy Texan Seasoning on the feta layer.  Bake at 450 degrees for approximately 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden on top.

Lazy Texan Dreamy Bacon Dip

Ingredients:

8 oz. softened cream cheese

2 cups sour cream

3 oz. real bacon bits

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 Lazy Texan Hot Onion Dip

Directions:

Bring cream cheese to room temperature.  Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  In a bowl, combine all ingredients.  Place in 1-quart baking dish.  Cover and heat 30-35 minutes.  Serve with sliced French bread, crackers, or chips.

Lazy Texan Jalapeno Chicken Cheeseball

Ingredients:

16 oz. package of cream cheese, softened

10 oz. can chicken, drained

1 pack Lazy Texan Jalapeno Dip

chopped pecans

Directions:

Mix cream cheese, chicken and Lazy Texan Jalapeno Dip until well blended.  Form into whatever shape you want (as I’ve made this as a cheeseball, cheese log, and even in the shape of a pie).  Cover shape with Saran Wrap and put back into freezer until it hardens into shape.  Roll or top with chopped pecans, pressing firmly into the mixture.

Lazy Texan Crockpot Pulled Pork

Ingredients:

4-5 lb. Pork Butt or Shoulder

2 Tablespoons Lazy Texan Seasoning

1/2 stick of butter

3 cans low sodium beef broth

1 cup your favorite BBQ sauce

Directions:

Rub pork with 1 Tablespoon of Lazy Texan Seasoning and put in crockpot.

Cover with broth, BBQ sauce, butter, and the other tablespoon of Lazy Texan Seasoning.

Cook on low for 10 hours.

Pork will fall apart!  Great on toasted hamburger buns.

Lazy Texan Zingy Squash Casserole

Ingredients:

2 large butternut squash (approximately 6 cups of cooked squash)

4 eggs, lightly beaten

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

1 Lazy Texan Onion Dip

4 tablespoons butter

1/4 cup almond slivers

Directions:

Cut squash in half, remove seeds, and set cut side down in a buttered glass backing pan with about 1/2 inch of water.  Bake at 350 degrees until tender (about 1 hour).

Scoop insides of squash into a food processor or blender and mix until smooth.  Add eggs, nutmeg, and Lazy Texan Onion Dip.  Again, beat until well blended and smooth texture.  Pour into a casserole dish.  Melt 4 tablespoons of butter and pour over the top.  Sprinkle on almond slivers.  Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
