Ingredients
- 1 32 oz. Chicken Broth
- 1 32 oz. pack of Frozen Diced Hash Browns
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 pack of Cream Cheese (8 oz.)
- 1 Lazy Texan Onion Dip
- 3 oz. real bacon bits
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Put the potatoes in crockpot. Add in chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, bacon bits and Lazy Texan Onion Dip. Mix well. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 6 hours.
An hour before serving, cut the cream cheese in small cubes. Stir the cream cheese into the crockpot. Stir a few times thought out the hour before servicing. Top with cheddar cheese and some additional bacon bits.
